Field Trip

I am the historian for a club at my school called FBLA. (Future Business Leaders of America)

We had the lovely opportunity to go on a field trip last wednesday to see the Rio Tinto Stadium (where the Real Salt Lake soccer team is located) and the Energy Solutions Arena. (where the Utah Jazz basketball team is located) We got to tour both buildings and learn about the business aspects of the businesses.

after lunch we went to see where the Utah Jazz has their home games :)

 they let us walk on the court! We had to take our shoes off though.

This was a pretty cool field trip and I'm glad that I went!

Leopard is the statement

Leopard print is great for the fall! It can act as a neutral or a bold statement piece.

In this look I made it a statement piece by adding a simple black shirt and little accessories.

I want the leopard skirt to be the main focus.

Gold jewelry works the best when wearing black and leopard.

I love summer colors

Hmmmm... I have some cute pastels clothing items that I got for spring but I want to wear them still! Yes, spring is longggg over but adding some fall pieces such as this striped sweater can be pushing it but if you do it right then it looks good :) This is my last and final goodbye to warm days. Goodbye short shorts and hot sun, Hello warm sweaters and fall leaves!

Pearls and Leopard

Some must have accessories for this season is leopard print and pearls. I mixed them together to create a classy look and got many compliments on this outfit throughout the day. I've been loving this messy french braid bun that I actually found on pinterest! (I recreated it in my own way obviously) I also had this hairstyle in my last post. Since pearls are classy, why not finish it with red lips? You can never go wrong with that.

Fall is Officially Here

Time to say goodbye to summer dresses and the hot sun.....

and time to say hello to pumpkin spice lattes and scarves!

Because FALL IS HERE

What is my go-to fall style?

Easy! Just mix and match your basics together. I'm wearing a leather jacket, leopard print scarf, lace up wedge booties, black mini skirt, polkadot blouse, and tights! I especially love the little hearts on my tights :)

To top off this look I threw my hair up in a french braid messy bun and classic luscious red lips!

(Red lips is a perfect pop of color when your outfit is lacking pizazz)
